Hi! I’m looking for a full-time UCL student for a tenancy transfer of my room at Unite Students (St Pancras Way), available from 1st July to 12th September 2026.

Important: This is not a flatshare with me. It is a private en-suite room in student accommodation, and I won’t be living there. You’ll have your own room and bathroom, and share the kitchen with other students in the building.

The room is a classic en-suite on the 6th floor with a great view, in a really convenient and well-connected location — about a 25-minute walk to UCL (Bloomsbury) and close to King’s Cross/Camden/Mornington Crescent stations.

The rent £337/week (all bills included) – this covers everything (WiFi, utilities, etc.), so there are no extra costs.

This is an official tenancy transfer through Unite Students, so the contract will be fully in your name for the full period.
