I’ll be moving out of my en-suite room in Hackney so I’m helping my flatmate find a replacement!

The flat itself is extremely modern and a relatively new build complex!
It’s on the 4th floor with a south facing balcony and large windows so there’s plenty of natural light. (my pictures probably don’t do it justice)

The room is a large double en-suite. It has plenty of space for a desk and plenty of built in-storage. To add to that, as can be seen from the pictures there are also massive windows which let it plenty of light during the day.
You’ll be sharing with two people: One male, working in sustainability, one female, working in the creative industry.

The vibe in the flat is quite sociable, and ideally it would continue to be a home than just a random flatshare.
With that said you’d make a good fit if you’re clean and ideally also a working professional.

It’s honestly in a perfect location. Within walking distance you have numerous bars and pubs that will be amazing during the summer. There’s also plenty of coffee shops, cafes and food places all around.
• 5 min walk to Hackney Wick Overground
• ~15 mins to Stratford Westfield (Jubilee / Elizabeth Line / etc)
• Opposite the V&A East Storehouse
• Seconds from the Here East shuttle to Stratford
• My own commute was about ~25 mins to Liverpool Street / Shoreditch
