I’m moving out of my ensuite at Stapleton House!

**New tenant must be a postgraduate student at UCL**

Room is on second floor facing the inner courtyard, gets lots of sun when the sun is out. The mattress shown in the picture is the old one, there’s a new and better one now.
There’s plenty of activities organized by the accommodation teams if you’re interested, people are nice and it’s very safe.

Flatmates are all wonderful and friendly. Each has an ensuite and we all share a large kitchen.

Accommodation is right next to Holloway Road station (piccadilly line), Aldi, Tesco, and lots of restaurants and bus stops. Highbury & Islington station (Victoria + Overground) is a 15 minute walk.

Official contract transfer until the 10th of September. Price is negotiable!!
