Hi all! We had a double room available May 10th in a friendly house share in Streatham Common!

🏡The room comes fully furnished and you’ll only share a bathroom with one other person. There’s a garden and box room for additional storage.

👥You’ll be sharing the house with Kieran, Catherine and Loukas. Everyone in the household is lovely and sociable. We’re a pretty quiet household, this isn’t a party house, but of course the more the merrier when it comes to friends and partners coming around.

📝Rent is £716 per month, as is the deposit. Bills are not included, but only come to about £80 per month, depending on the season. As you’re joining on 10th, you’ll only pay X??

🚌8 minute walk to Streatham Common station, 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus to Tooting Broadway Station. Close to Sainsbury’s, Lidl, ALDI and Tesco.
