Hi all,
I am the live in landlord of this house on Rostella Road in Tooting. It's a lovely house, worth over £1m now and gets a lot of compliments. I live in the top bedroom on the 2nd floor (extension) with my own en-suite.
Both double bedrooms are available on the 1st floor but I am only looking to rent one of them out, so you effectively have an ensuite as there's a bathroom on that floor as well!
I have rented out rooms before but only to friends, I am not desperate to fill the rooms so I have no timeframe in mind but it's a big house, I think it would be nice to have little extra cash and also build a good friendship with the right person as the house is pretty big for just me!
I am a finance professional but easy going lad, very rarely work from home I am 7-5 in the office and gym/run very often. I would prefer someone with similar working habits. I am single and again would prefer someone the same. Worth noting that although there's a shared living space, I do spend a lot of time in my room as I've a TV up there as well.

The house has everything you need, open plan kitchen with bifold doors and big garden as well - all bills included. Regular cleaner.
