We (Patrick and Dexter) are looking for a new housemate to take on the third double bedroom in a lovely Victorian terraced house in Walthamstow.

You’ll be joining a clean and quiet house, with a lovely garden and Lloyd Park just a moment’s walk away.

The rent is £660 per month, bills usually work out at around £150 per month in the winter and are a little cheaper in the summer.

It’s about a 12-minute walk to Walthamstow Central, or you can take the bus from the stop directly opposite the house.

Patrick and I are both young professionals. Our interests include reading, classical music and cooking. We’re looking for a tidy, sociable housemate to join our calm, friendly home in leafy Walthamstow.

Spareroom also tells me I need to specify that the house is council tax band C!
