I’m looking for someone to take over my place in a shared flat at 33 Union Street, ideally from mid-July or as soon as agency referencing is completed.
Key details:
* Rent: £1,150 pcm, bills excluded
* Bills: usually around £50 pcm
* Council tax: not included
* Location: 33 Union Street
* Available: ideally from mid-July, or as soon as agency referencing is completed
* Viewings: available ASAP
* Tenancy: runs until 24 September 2026, with possible continuation from 25 September
A bright room is available in a shared flat in a very central location, around a 4-minute walk from the tube and close to Borough Market, Borough High Street, London Bridge, Southwark and the South Bank. Plenty of cafés, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores and amenities nearby.
Despite the central location, the room is quiet in the evenings and at night, as it faces a school playground rather than the street.
You would be living with two English women in their mid-20s, both working professionals. The toilet is shared with only one of the flatmates. No smoking. The flat would suit someone reliable, tidy and organised.
The tenancy is managed through Black Katz Lettings, so the incoming tenant will need to complete standard agency referencing, Right to Rent checks and tenancy documentation. For students or international tenants without a UK guarantor, paying rent upfront may be possible, subject to agreement.
Looking for someone who can complete referencing promptly, move in smoothly, and ideally be open to staying longer-term.
Please message with a bit about yourself, your work/study situation, preferred move-in date, and whether you would be open to continuing beyond September 😊
