Hello! I am doing a Masters at UCL and have a 3 bed flat in SE1 Elephant & Castle. The location is very central literally opposite to UAL and close to South Bank, King's, LSE and other Central London Universities. E&C Tube Station is just a 3 min walk from the flat.

I am looking for another student preferably a 3rd year under grad or post grad to share the flat with me and another girl finishing her Masters. The available bedroom is a large Double room with a standard double bed and a built-in wardrobe.

Pls note bills are not included in the rent and also there is NO shared living room. The room will be available from 5th of Oct. Happy to do an online chat & viewing and will consider overseas students that don't have a UK guarantor.

The flat belongs to my parents so in a way you will be sharing the place with a live in landlord, which is me, but you can be sure the place will be looked after and everything will work as it should😏.
