I’m looking for someone to replace me as a tenant in my flat in Bermondsey.

The room is available from now as I have already moved out, and am looking for someone ready to move in as soon as possible. The room comes with a bed but is otherwise unfurnished, although happy to negotiate leaving some existing furniture if helpful.
