I have a double bedroom available in the Southbank (Lambeth North) area of Central London, Zone 1 for rent. Post code SE1 7DX.

I am looking for a short let of a few months, so it would suit a Masters student at either South Bank, Kings College, SOAS or UCL, all of which are very close by. Or an individual looking purely for a short term let. At the end of January I need you to have moved out so I can renovate the room. Minimum stay two months, ideally you will stay until the end of December, but up until the end if January need be.

The room is on the first floor of well presented, lovely redbrick flat. The flat itself comprises of 4 bedrooms (currently 1 room available & 2 other flat mates) & 1 bathroom.

The entrance hall is 15' 3" x 3' 8" (4.65m x 1.11m), reception room 12' 2" x 13' 11" (3.72m x 4.24m ) and the kitchen measures 7' 5" x 9' 11" (2.25m x 3.02)

The flat is a 3 minute walk from Lambeth North tube station, and is down the road from Waterloo train station. You can find the location on googlemaps - Hercules Road, post code is SE1 7DX, see the (far too many to mention) amenities, Lambeth North tube – 3 minute walk, Waterloo train station – 9 minutes, everything you need is pretty much around the corner.

There is a cleaner who comes round every 2 weeks to make sure the place is kept very clean, also included in the £800 price tag. I suppose the rent price is negotiable..

It has everything you would need, a double sized bed, desk with chair, central heating, a built in cupboard with plenty of storage space above that too, an additional cupboard with a three draw chest of draws below it, and blinds for the windows.
