Bright and Airy Double Room in 2 bed Flat. In Bermondsey, South East of London Bridge and Tower Bridge, just off Old Kent Road.

The flat is on the second floor of a 5 storey building with a west facing balcony - gets lots of sun in the evening and good view of the city! The road is fairly quiet.

The building is 11 years old and I have been the only occupant, so all the appliances are in good working order, and the place is kept clean and tidy by myself.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair and desk. No en-suite. There is a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen.

No parking. The building has communal bike storage, and e-bikes available on the road.

Close to Burgess Park, and other smaller parks.
Has a large Tesco, Asda 10 minutes walk, and Lidl and Aldi close by.

Buses go direct to Westminster (40 mins), Oxford Street, Covent Garden, London Bridge (25 mins), The City, Euston, King's Cross - pretty much anywhere! Nearest tubes are Elephant and Castle, Borough, London Bridge and Bermondsey, a 20-30 minute walk or bus.

I am a live in landlord. I am a 37 year old female, working in London. I like animals, theatre, TV and try to get out and exercise!

I'm looking for a friendly, clean, tidy, quiet, and considerate person. I like to have my own space but also like to chat and get on well with who I am living with. Happy to sometimes have dinner or watch T. V. together and go out with the neighbours or my friends.

I have two cats called Oscar and Emmy. They are friendly, but timid. They like quiet and do not bite, scratch or make much noise.

All bills (Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax (Band E)), Sky Broadband, TV, and Netflix are included. Also included are some communal things like dishwasher tablets, kitchen towel etc.
Bedding, towels, and kitchen equipment can be provided if needed.

I have a lodger agreement in place that I can share in advance.
