I am looking for someone to share a beautiful 4 Bedroom apartment in a period block in the heart of Southwark SE1 in Zone 1 starting on May 10th until August 31st. I am happy to consider various lengths of stays to suit you :)
Located a short walk to Borough Market, River Thames and Tate Modern as well of plenty of amenities in close proximity, the location offers great transport links with Borough tube and London Bridge Station a short walk away providing easy access all round London.
The property is on the fourth floor with lots of natural daylight and reclaimed wooden floors in all the rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and has a washer/dryer and dishwasher. In addition there are exceptional views of the London skyline and The Shard.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, new Simba mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Duvet and all new bed linen are provided.
Rent is £1200 per month including all bills( council tax, high speed wifi, electricity, gas, water and a weekly cleaner for the communal areas and all household items.)
One month’s rent deposit is also required.
