We have one high-spec double room available in a lovely three bedroom flat in Elephant and Castle/Borough. We are in a central area with a wealth of pubs, restaurants, gyms and parks in the vicinity. 5 minutes from Elephant & Castle tube station and 7 minutes from Borough tube station. 20 minute walk to London Bridge and 25 minutes to Waterloo.

The room is furnished with a small double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. There is a bathroom with a toilet and a shower and a second, separate toilet. The living room is furnished with sofas and a TV. There is also a balcony.

The existing housemates are a mid-20s professional man who works in economics and an early-30s professional woman who works in publishing. We're very easy-going and enjoy hanging out together but also like our own space.
