Hi there!

We are Nancy, Paul and Marco (me). A room is becoming available in our flatshare in Central London at the beginning of August.

The house is in an amazing location - 2 minutes walk from Southwark tube (Jubilee), 10 minutes to Waterloo and 10 minutes walk from the Southbank!

Four bedrooms house (not flat!). Big kitchen with tumble dryer, dishwasher, barbecue, vegetable spirilizer - pretty much everything you could want! Spacious lounge leading out to patio garden. Each bedroom is on its own floor, so it’s pretty private and we have two bathrooms between the four of us.

The room available is on the third floor with a double bed, 2 wardrobes, nightstand, desk. Everything is staying with the room.

House comes complete with 3 lovely housemates (2 guys, 1 girl), all young professionals. We are looking for someone similar who would be up for the odd pub drink and some Netflix nights. Ideally another girl to keep the balance.

Nancy works in the charity sector. She is Italian and in her free time she loves taking long walks and she is always available for a drink or to watch a movie together

Paul is a French software engineer. You'll find him playing football in one of the nearby pitches or sharing new cheeses with you in the kitchen.

I (Marco) am a researcher. I like running, playing football and travelling. I always try to enjoy everything London has to offer and to make the most of my time at home.

Bills not included but at most around 120/month (cleaner included, council tax band E)

The room will be available from the 8th of August and we are doing viewings this Wednesday evening.
