Taking over my flatmate's lease from December. I've lived here for over a year and love both the flat and the area, which is why I'm staying!

The flat is very close to tower bridge and borough market so the area is lovely to walk around and also very well connected, with the flat a short walk from London Bridge station.

The room is a spacious double with its own private bathroom next door (shower not shared). The flat is fully furnished with a dishwasher, washing machine and a big living area.

Bills and the lease are already sorted, so it's a simple lease transfer.

A bit about me: I work in finance, so my weekdays are long. I'm looking for another girl, ideally a working professional, who's tidy and considerate and values her own space, but who's also up for a catch up about our weeks, a spontaneous pub trip or a coffee walk after a workout class.
