Looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat just around the corner from Tower Bridge.

The room is a good-sized furnished double with its own private ensuite bathroom. The flat has a fully fitted kitchen, spacious living/dining room and balcony.

The flat also has a space in the building's car park, which would be yours to use as my flatmate doesn't have a car. There's a secure bike storage area too.

The location has been amazing for me - easy walking distance to the City for work, close to great local restaurants, pubs and markets, and in easy reach of the Northern, Jubilee and District lines plus trains from London Bridge. It's a really fantastic flat - I've lived here for two and a half years and loved it, only leaving because I'm moving in with my girlfriend.

My flatmate Lloyd is a friendly guy in his mid-20s, very tidy and easy to live with. We've been living together for two years now and he's been great. For the most part we deal with a private landlord who's very on the ball, every time I've raised an issue with him he's gotten it fixed very quickly.

The room is available from 1st December, but there's some flexibility to move in earlier in November if you need.
