We're happy to put on the market our large 2-bed flat (97 square metres) in one of the sought after mansion blocks of Maida Vale.

THE FLAT ---------------------------------------
With high ceilings, mouldings, many windows and a lot of light, it's very romantic yet contemporarily furnished. All rooms have generous proportions with LOTS of storage. ABOUT US ---------------------------------------
We have purchased, furnished, and lived in this flat over the past couple of years. Now it's time for us to move, and we'd love to find a couple or two sharers to sign for a long-term lease; minimum 2 years, preferably. There will be a break clause for everyone's peace of mind.

This is our only property, and we might be back to live in it one day, so that means we:
- Have been there! Until very recently, we were tenants in London, so we'd like to think we won't behave like some of the selfish people we've given our rent to in the past years;
- Will replace things that break with good quality items
- Be responsive, reasonable and responsible landlords, fixing issues quickly;
- Won't kick you out for short-term profit, or randomly increase the rent - we'd rather have happy tenants who stay for as long as possible (I know, it's unheard of in London, isn't it?!).

If it's not obvious, we really want people who will take care of our flat as if it was their own - we'll be caring landlords in return.

THE COSTS ---------------------------------------
- Total rent is set at £3,395 per calendar month. The way you split it per room is up to you - we've set a suggested split of £1650/£1850, but ultimately you can choose.
- Bills are not included, yet we have a preferential tariff with British Gas (£40 p/m) that we'll happily transfer you.
- Council tax band is F/Westminster. This is £117 p/m.
- A 5-week deposit as well as the first month of rent will be due before the 2 sets of keys are handed out (i. e. a total of £7312.30, of which £3917.30 is a refundable deposit). We will protect the deposit as per the legislation.
- No admin or check-in/check-out fees - perks of dealing directly with your landlords! :)
