This is a family home for myself, my gorgeous young border collie and adorable, cuddly cat. The room will become available in April when my current lodger completes possession of his new flat. We would like a pet friendly lodger for my very friendly pets. The room is a beautiful large double with high ceilings and a balcony. It’s on its own floor away from the landlady’s room. The location is equidistant from Chalk Farm tube and Kentish Town West overground. There are also numerous buses less than 5 minutes away: 1, 24, 31, 46, 393. Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath are within walking distance. Kentish Town swimming baths are a 5 minute walk and so is Camden Lock. There’s an open air pool nearby at Gospel Oak and numerous other facilities and amenities, far too many to mention.
There is a cleaner once a fortnight.
Your landlady enjoys cooking and the kitchen gets hectic at times. The house is on the 3 floors with the kitchen and living room on the ground floor, the room available and bathroom on the first floor and landlady’s rooms on the second floor so there’s plenty of privacy. There’s the usual facilities such as a washing machine and dishwasher. All bills and council tax are included. A relaxed lodger who would enjoy playing with the dog and cat would fit in well. My past lodgers have all been in their late 20s or 30s and that has worked well. I like young energy!
