Hello!

I'm sadly moving out of my wonderful en-suite room in Royal Oak/Notting Hill area, and I'm looking for the right person to take over.

ABOUT THE FLAT

The place is insanely well located, with some of London's finest gems super close by. It has really convenient transport links (see below), an array of supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose), lovely cafés, pubs and Hyde Park a very short walk away.

Royal Oak - 5 mins away walking (Hammersmith and City, Circle Lines)
Queensway - 15 mins away walking (Central line and night tube!)
Bayswater - 10 mins away walking (District and circle lines).

The room itself has a super king size bed, which is pretty awesome, and comes with its own En-Suite bathroom, fully equipped with a bathtub and a shower. The room also has a desk and huuuuge wardrobes.

Bills vary but at the moment are around 100 pounds for great wifi, water and electricity, and we're at one of the cheapest council tax bands at Westminster. Please bare in mind, we had some fancy German heated windows installed as our heating, but that didn't work out so we have since moved onto heaters which our landlord has kindly provided (and might replace if need be!).

As for the rest of the flat, the communal kitchen comes in an open plan layout, and is all decorated in an industrial style. The fridge is pretty huge, and everyone has dedicated storage for their own stuff, although we share pots, pans and spices. We also have a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer.

ABOUT THE FLATMATES

When it comes to flatmates, you could not ask for a better bunch. Although we all met on Spareroom, we have become good friends, and love to hang out occasionally and explore London. We are all from all over the world, and work in a variety of fields (namely software engineering, law and bio consulting).

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a girl to keep the balance, ideally between 22-30, and if you have a thing for travelling and cultures you'll blend in very well. This isn't a party flat, although we do like to have friends round occasionally for boardgames, and have been out as a flat ensemble too.
