I have available in an excellent location: BAKER STREET NW1 right by Regents Park a couple of LARGE BEDROOMS (both just under 10M2), which I am renting out separately, in a newly renovated 4 bedroom flatshare. These two bedrooms are available from the 21st March 2026 and the flat has a living-room, kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
The flat is newly renovated and furnished, with wood flooring, all mod cons. (dish washer, washing machine, dryer, flat screen TV, double glazing etc) and it is situated 2 minutes walk from Baker Street Tube and 1 minute from Regent’s Park (a prime location). Each bedroom is for single use only. No couples accepted.

For the situation of each bedroom in the flat please look at the plan in the photos on this ad. The available bedrooms from the 21st March are bedrooms 2 and 4 which are both just under 10m2, which are respectively the second and first bedrooms seen on the video. I have a separate video of bedroom 2, which has been totally rearranged with a walk in wardrobe and is available on request.
Both of these two Bedrooms:
- have double beds with good quality mattresses,
- have very large wardrobes / good storage space
- have large desks + chairs.
- are bright with a lot of natural light.
The current flatmates are all professionals between 23-28 years old (1 female and 1 male) that are very nice and sociable, though they respect privacy and when you want to keep to yourselves, there’s no pressure to socialise or hang out. Also they are clean and tidy and would like likeminded flatmates.
The rent for these bedrooms are 1200 per month. Regarding bills:
- hot water and central heating are included.
- there is an additional 70 pounds per month payment to the landlady for contribution towards a common area cleaning lady, council tax, water rates and tv licence fees, which the landlady pays on the tenants’ behalf;
- there is an additional 20-30 pounds approximately per month for electricity contribution (for applicances and lighting not heating which is gas central heating paid by the landlady) and the broadband, which the tenants deal with directly.
I am a private landlady and not an agency so there are no agency fees.
