Hello!

We are looking for a flatmate to fill the third double room in our top floor flat in a beautiful Victorian mansion block, a 5 minute walk from Burgess Park and a 10-15 minute walk to Kennington and Elephant & Castle tube stations.

The flat has a large kitchen and separate shared living room, as well as a modern bathroom, plus access to an outdoor courtyard (handy for storing bikes).

We encourage each other to use the communal spaces for storage and bits and bobs, so everyone can really make the space theirs.

We are clean and tidy housemates and have a social and queer friendly home. We also respect each other’s alone time and space. We work in music and education and love to host dinners and chill and watch movies. No pressure though!

The rent is £699 a month excluding bills, which come to approximately £80 per month.

Please drop us a message with a bit about you and we'll arrange a viewing.

Thanks!
