Two spacious doubles rooms available in a decent sized friendly household for a great price. The house is spacious three-story house with a lovely garden. Situated on the board of Peckham and Camberwell.

Me and Sam (the current housemates) are friends from Bristol who love to hang out and socialise within the house. Sam works as a civil servant and I’m an assistant film editor within the TV industry.

There's lots of space so you don't have to worry about being on top of one another. Despite hanging out within the house we are very respectful of one another's space. Ideally we would love for people to come in that could join our fun loving social vibe but this is not essential.

Both rooms are furnished with 2 double beds and plenty of storage space. The both face the same way and get the sun in the morning and stay bright throughout the day.

The kitchen/living room is a great space with plenty of room for cooking, eating and relaxing or whatever you please. Kitchen area features great amenities including dishwasher & washer / driyer. There's also a back garden which we have started to use for BBQs recently.

The house itself is located on a gated close just off Southampton Way and right next to Burgess Park which is quiet and safe. It is in walking distance of Camberwell's pubs and restaurants as well as a 15 min stroll to Peckham Rye Station with great connections on the Overground. There are also a number of buses very nearby that go to Elephant & Castle etc.

The rent is £646 a month inc council tax, bills are calculated quarterly but tend to come to around £50-60 a month.
