My double room will be available from February (negotiable as I am moving in with my boyfriend so can be flexible) The room is on the ground floor and we have a toilet and shower room downstairs in addition to main bathroom which is basically yours.

The house is lovely and bright, with high ceilings and lots of storage. There is a shared living room including 2 sofas and large TV and a large kitchen including a dishwasher. We also have a separate laundry/ utility room for washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a fantastic large, south facing garden with patio, table & chairs and space to store your bike.

Transport is super easy and efficient with numerous bus routes, with Elephant and Castle a 7 minute bus journey away and Oval and Kennington tube stations and Burgess park, just 10 mins walk from the house.

There are loads of great bars, coffee shops and restaurants in the area and also 2 gyms and a swimming pool just down the road too.

The current housemates are all working professionals in their 30s. We enjoy being social together, watching movies and hanging out in the garden but also respect privacy.

We would love to find another sociable person who likes to have garden BBQ' in the summer and chatting together over glasses of wine in the evenings.

Bills come to around £80-90 per month.
