Room: Small Double Ensuite, in a 4-bed house share. Recently repainted (November 2023). The room is at the back of the house, behind the kitchen, so is out of the way and quiet. Ensuite has a shower, but you can use the communal bathroom upstairs if you’d like to bath. The room comes without storage, but with a triple wardrobe upstairs for your use. You can purchase the square shelving unit I have put into the room (I brought secondhand for £90, but happy to sell for £60). Housemates have purchased all the kitchen utilities, which was £40 each, so also an additional £40 when moving in.

Housemates: Sophie, Radiographer (30), Marc, Finance (25), Mark, Finance (25).

Location: Oval. 2 minutes to Oval Station (Northern Line) and 12 minutes to Vauxhall (Victoria Line). PureGym, 5 minutes walk, Vauxhall CrossFit, 12 minute walk. Tesco 10 minute walk away, as well as lots of corner shops.
