I am looking for a lodger who require a room in London on a part time basis. Ideally during the week between Mon-Friday.

The room currently has a double bed ottoman style (as pictured). In the current pictures the big chair and brown chest of draws will be removed and replaced with a single wardrobe and desk. Option to have a TV put on the wall, we previously removed this as we have a projector instead)

The flat has a good sized living room with a dining table inside. The kitchen also is a good size with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is a smaller box room that I use to house extra items and as a spare room. The bathroom and toilet are separate and the bathroom has a bath/shower.

I am currently doing a bit of renovations and touchups around the house so the room will be available from June.

I am a SEN Pre School teacher. Now my children have moved out of our home I am looking for a lodger. We have lived in the property for 20+ years so this is a cosy and loveable space.

I have two cats so please be aware of this before contacting. I do not expect any sort of responsibilities however the cats (a ragdoll boy aged 2 and a british shorthair boy aged 1) are both very friendly so will often initiate scratches.

The flat is located on a private housing estate managed by Peabody and has the option of renting parking if desired.
