Fully furnished large double bedroom available on the quiet end of Bermondsey Street, a lovely 10 minute walk from London Bridge Station.

The room has a desk, large double wardrobe and desk chair. It also has a sofa and a large space for a coffee table.

Off-street parking available if you have a car right by our front door (which is also off the main street). It is a ground floor flat but elevated and set back from the main street.

Flatmates are friendly and open. One Australian and one Brit (also recent KCL graduate). We have had board games, nights in and nights out as a flat - and it would be nice to continue with our next flatmate.

Shared area is the kitchen and bathroom. We have monthly bills (~£80pp) and council tax (Southwark, Band C, ~£54pp) charged on top of the rent.

The room is available from 9 January onwards, remaining contract until September when it is due for renewal. Note that there is a rolling 30 day notice period in the arrangement at the moment so you aren't locked in.

Landlord is friendly and responsive to requests. We have pots, pans, crockery and cutlery but there is also space to bring your own if you'd prefer.

Bermondsey Street is a lovely area and very picturesque. Nearby is KCL Guy's Campus, Bricklayer's Arms, Tower Bridge, the Shard and London Bridge. London Bridge station is situated in Zone 1 on the Northern and Jubilee lines, as well Thameslink and Southeastern Railway.
