I’m subletting my room in Kennington from December 14th until the end of February (can extend to March if you need), with a possibility to stay on longer after that. Feel free to message me if you want more details.

* ⁠Council tax: £40
* Electricity & Gas: usually around £40-£50 slightly higher during winter but the average tends to be about £40

The location is great, 1 minute from Morrisons, 10 minutes from Kennington Tube, 3 minutes from Pasley Park, 10 minutes from Kennington Park, and bus stops just 3 minutes away, so getting around is super easy.

The house is lovely. It’s a big 6-bedroom Victorian house with warm, friendly flatmates who all do their own thing, so the vibe is very relaxed. Even with six rooms, the space is huge, so I usually only bump into one or two people a day.

About the room:
* Ground floor room, quiet and easy to access
* Opens directly into a small private courtyard - a cosy outdoor spot that’s completely yours to use
* The house has three en-suites upstairs and two shared bathrooms
* One shared bathroom is on the first floor and the other on the ground floor, but barely anyone uses the ground floor one, so it’s basically yours
* Each room has its own radiator, and the communal areas are heated too, so the house stays warm in winter

House amenities:
* Two big fridges and a 10-shelf freezer, lots of food storage
* One dedicated kitchen cabinet for each person
* Two ovens and a microwave
* No need to bring pans, cutlery, or kitchen accessories, we already have plenty. You’re welcome to bring anything specific if you want, but the kitchen is very well equipped.
* Washing machine + dryer, plus 2 clothes airer if you prefer
* Dishwasher
* Backyard space if you want to sit outside and relax
* TV with Netflix already paid for
* Good WiFi, I work from home and have never had issues with it
* Everyone cleans up after themselves, we have a simple rota for bins and unloading the dishwasher (two people assigned at a time)
