I have two rooms going spare in my 3 bedroom flat in Vauxhall. The flat is approximately 5 min walk from Vauxhall station and around 10/12 mins from Kennington, just off Black Prince Road (Near the Jolly Gardeners).

Both my current flatmates are moving out, one to move in with his girlfriend and the other to move back with his parents.

1 room is bigger than the other, the bigger one (pictured) is £1050pm and the smaller one is £850. It's on the second floor of a block of 5 floors, and the bills come to approximately £130pm all in. The flat is furnished and both rooms are double rooms.

There's one bathroom, and the kitchen has a washing machine. The flat is fairly modern.
