Renting out a room (no ensuite) in modern two-bed flat located in a gated block in Elephant & Castle. Excellent transport links and easy access to the city.
You’d be living with a couple in early 30s who spend most their time outside of London. Most weeks we stay in the flat 3 nights a week (Monday-weds) and are away over weekends. Both working professionals in finance and construction.
