We're looking for a new housemate to join us in our 3-bed period terrace in Oval. It's a lovely French-style house with high ceilings, big windows and loads of character, the kind of place that actually feels like a home rather than just a rental.
**The room** is a good-sized double that gets plenty of light throughout the day with a balcony.
**The kitchen** is modern and fully equipped with decent counter space, air fryer, rice cooker, microwave and splenty of room for your things.
**The garden** is probably the best thing about the house. It's large, private and not something you come across often round here. We've got a firepit too so it gets well used in summer.
**One important thing** -- you'll be sharing the house with Valentina, our black cat, who very much considers herself the one in charge.
The location is great. Oval station is about 6-8 minutes walk (Northern line), Vauxhall is 12-15 if you need the Victoria line or National Rail. You've got Kennington Park and Myatt's Fields nearby, the Fentiman Arms round the corner, and enough supermarkets within a short walk that you're never stuck.
We're pretty easy-going housemates. We just want someone who keeps things tidy, is respectful of shared spaces, and will give Valentina the occasional scratch behind the ears.
Send us a message with a bit about yourself, what you do, and what you're looking for. 🐈⬛
