Hello I am Hannah, a live-in landlady and Host. I have been renting out the rooms in my apartment for over three years. I am friendly and social, and love welcoming people to London.
This well furnished bunk room is available from the 2nd January 2026 onwards, please write to me through messages here with information about your visit to London and we can arrange a tour either via video or in real life.
ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
• There are three bedrooms in the property. The second bedroom I also rent out, and the the third room is mine, so you will be living with me and another flat mate. If I am away, this third room may also be rented out to a guest, either from SpareRoom or Airbnb. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room, however the living room is private to me after 9.30pm.
• Each room is compliant with up to date fire regulations, with a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher in each room and all electrical devices have been PAT tested.
• There is an internal and external lock on each bedroom door for privacy.
LOCATION:
The is a prime SE1 location. You can walk into the West End in 20 minutes, and you are a 3-minute walk from Waterloo and Lambeth North stations. King's College London and the London School of Economics are nearby.
THE OFFER:
The rent is a flat rate of £600 for the dates. This includes all bills, a professional cleaner fortnightly, and housekeeping expenses, e. g. bin bags, toilet roll, cleaning products. All you need to bring is yourself, your belongings and food.
No deposit.
HOUSE RULES, please read carefully:
• We will discuss guests in the video interview
• Quiet hours 11pm – 8am
• Shoes off at the door
• Collaboration on day-to-day household chores required, e. g. loading the dishwasher, taking out the bins, keeping surfaces clean
• Collaboration on cleaning the flat in between cleaner visits is required
• Friends are welcome for socialising, although please keep the house informed if you are inviting people round
• No parties
• No pets or children
• No smoking, vaping, or open flames including candles
Council tax band C, although your rent includes all bills including council tax.
