My boyfriend and I are looking for a new occupant for a double room in a two-bedroom flat, available from 1st Jun 2020. 

We are currently away from London but will be back and able to conduct viewings towards the end of May so please get in touch if you are interested and we can work out what makes sense.

The property is a ground floor flat in a beautiful Georgian cottage with a spacious garden.

Location:
- 1 min walk from 136 / 343 bus stop (short bus ride to Elephant & Castle)
- 3 min walk from beautiful Burgess park
- 5 min walk from Tesco metro
- 10 min walk from Camberwell Green (and all the lovely pubs / restaurants there, such as The Camberwell Arms, Theo’s + Silk Road)
- 20 min walk from Denmark Hill (overground)

There is free parking nearby. The room will be clean, and furnished.
