Hey,

I'm Keer, and I'm a 26 year old finance analyst! I live in a 2 bed flat in a new build in Elephant and Castle and commute through Waterloo (15min away) every morning.

A bit about the flat and area: I live in a 760 sq foot flat in Zone 1 Elephant and Castle - 5-10 min walk from both E&C and Kennington tube stations! There are very good bus links both into and away from the city, and many independent cafes and markets in the area.

The flat itself is a new build and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I have been living there for 3 years in the master bedroom, and need a new flatmate to occupy the second bedroom :) you will have your own spacious bathroom right next to your room as well, as I have an en-suite in my room. Your room will also have 2 floor-to-ceiling windows so it's well lit and ventilated.

We'll have a large, bright and airy shared living space, with a new kitchen and state of the art appliances. There is a small communal storage closet for large items like boxes and suitcases, and a spacious balcony overlooking the gardens. There's also bike storage if you need it.

The flat is in the brand new Elephant Park community, and there is a gym and rooftop garden on the property, as well as a 24/7 concierge (so no worrying about parcels)

About me: I've lived in London for a couple years and grew up in South East Asia, so I'm well travelled and love meeting people from new cultures! I'm not the party girl or much of a host so you won't have to worry about any noise in the house.

I'm usually out of the house about 10 hours everyday for work so when I come back, I'm in front of the TV relaxing with a show and some food :) I'm clean and easy to talk to, and I would love a flatmate that respects space and evenings alone but also is up for a chat in the kitchen or some movie nights! Over the weekends I normally go out for food or hang out with some friends.

During lockdown, I've been working from home on the dining table - you will have your own desk if you are also doing this.
