Three spacious, excellently located and great value rooms available in Kennington from early August, in a flat with an additional shared living space.

Me and the other two tenants are moving out so are looking for three people to take over our rooms for the last three months of our tenancy. This would initially be a three month tenancy, but with it being almost certain that the contract could be extended beyond this if desired (the landlord is very easy going – I have lived here for 4 years and have been able to extend the lease each year with ease). Each room is £567 p/m – bills are additional and usually come to £80-100 p/m (season dependant).

The flat is very well located for its price and has very good transport links – it is about a 5-minute equidistant walk to Oval and Kennington tube stations (both Northern Line) and about a 3-minute walk to a bus stop with three buses that go directly to Central. The flat is also about a 35-45-minute walk to Central. It is based in a vibrant area with many nearby amenities such as, pubs, cafes, restaurants, gyms and a large Tesco that is a 5 minute walk away – it is also directly opposite Kennington Park.
