Hello! A great room in a house share has just become available to move in to in a cosy house in camberwell! You would be living with 2 girls and 1 non-binary person as well as a cat who comes and goes freely. We enjoy hanging out together (watching films, playing scrabble etc) as well as going to pubs and jazz nights in the area. We also value our private time as we all work full time. We are a queer household so it is important that you are at least queer friendly. This would suit a working professional (or someone in full time employment) in their early to mid 20s. We are looking for someone to move in by the end of the month (February) but can be flexible if need be.

The room:
- bright double room in camberwell that is available immediately
- comes furnished with double bed with under-bed storage, chest of drawers, desk and a wardrobe
- quiet room at the back of the house on the upper floor that looks over the garden

- the room is a blank canvas and yours to decorate however you want to as the tenancy is until the 26th of september.

- 765 per month excluding bills (which are usually 50 per month but are sometimes lower)

- we have a garden which we use during the warmer months as a social space and for barbecues
- two bathrooms (one on each floor) including one bath and two showers
