Hi everyone! I’m moving out of my lovely home in Waterloo and looking for someone great to take over my spacious bedroom in a 4-bed maisonette flat.

The room is bright, generously sized, and comes with lots of storage, perfect if you’ve got more than just the basics.

The flat itself is split over two levels and includes:
• Large living room
• Balcony
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Separate toilet and bathroom

You’ll be sharing with three friendly professionals in their late 20s / early 30s who have created a really relaxed and social home:
• Leo – Italian film director
• Kasia – Polish finance accountant
• Judith – French, working in the art industry

Everyone is lovely, clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. The flat has a nice social vibe but is also calm and comfortable, so it suits someone who enjoys a friendly home environment while still having their own space.

All bills are included in the rent (gas, electricity, water, and internet). The flat also has a professional cleaner who comes twice per month, which helps keep everything nice and comfortable for everyone.

The contract is directly with a very nice and responsive landlord. The landlord is planning to sell the property at some point, although there is currently no confirmed timeline. Because of this, the room is especially suitable for someone looking for a short-term stay, but there is flexibility and it could potentially be around 6 months or possibly longer depending on the sale process.

The location is honestly amazing, right in the heart of the city centre. Waterloo and Southwark stations are only a 5-minute walk away, with loads of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Super convenient for commuting and enjoying London life.

We’re looking for a clean, respectful, and easy-going flatmate who will enjoy and contribute to the nice atmosphere of the home.
