The rent would be until 2nd of October when the contract ends but girls from the house want to continue next year, so if you would like to sign a contract for a year with them and stay that would be possible.(Because I am leaving) It’s in a big renovated house. 3 bathrooms+ 1 toilet. Small garden so if u want to smoke out there could be perfect. The house is located 10min walk from Oval tube and 10min by bus to Vauxhall tube station.
We would prefer the person to be a student as most of us are. Someone friedly who loves to watch movies from time to time.
