There is a shared bathroom/toilet with shower/bathtub and kitchen all newly renovated. There is no communal lounge space.
Flat is in fantastic location behind the Old Vic Theatre and opposite The Stage Door pub.
There is a 24-hour budget gym directly behind the building also.
Less than 5-minutes walk is the very trendy area of The Cut and Lower Marsh where you can find a wealth of bars, coffee shops, restaurants and theatres and Millennium Green for relaxing on a sunny day.
10-minutes walk takes you to the South Bank where you can walk along the River Thames and similarly enjoy street-food, restaurants, the National Theatre, the Royal Festival Hall, the British Film Institute and the iMax cinema.
20-minutes walk across Waterloo Bridge and you are in Covent Garden and everything the West End of London has to offer.
Southwark Tube and Waterloo stations are less than 5-minutes walk away, with a range of bus stops also on your doorstep.
