Large master bedroom with private ensuite available in a modern two-bed, two-bath apartment in Elephant & Castle.

The apartment is in a modern high-rise in the Elephant Park area and has a balcony, 24-hour concierge and a well-equipped' gym. It's fully furnished and has everything you'd need to move straight in.

Bills and cleaner every 2 weeks approx £280 per person per month (includes council rates, internet, water, heat, electric, cleaner).

You'd have the master bedroom and ensuite, and I'd have the second bedroom and bathroom, so we'd each have our own private bathroom. Apartment has a lovely balcony and view, underfloor heating and I have a fantastic cleaner.

About me: I'm 33 and work in fintech, usually going into the office around three days a week. I'm social and friendly but also very respectful of personal space. I like the flat to feel relaxed, clean and comfortable rather than like we're living completely separate lives or constantly on top of each other.

Elephant Park is a great little neighbourhood with cafés, restaurants and green space on the doorstep, and the transport links from Elephant & Castle make getting around London really easy.
