The flat has been newly painted and refurbished before my flatmate and I moved in approx 2 years ago, therefore it is very modern and clean. I am the one moving out so you will be sharing the flat with a 23 year old girl from Toronto that often works night shifts so you will mostly have the flat for yourself. She is super lovely and extremely easy going (has literally no problem with anything) and enjoys a night in with a glass of wine sometimes but also respects individual privacy.
