1 Double Room to rent for non smoker FEMALE in the quiet area of Kennington.
5 mns walk from Kennington & Oval station. 🚶‍♀️10 mns walk to Walworth Road & Elephant & Castle in South London. Surronded by many buses🚎 to reach Central London and many areas. East street market is our local market with stores like Morrisons, Tesco, Sainsbury, Iceland & Lidl.

You will be living with myself the landlady (professional Lady from West french Africa), my adult son of 25 & another female tenant.

Total of 4 people including you living in the property. We are all professionnals workers with long shift hours, so you ll not see us often. A very warm, very quiet and kind atmosphere home with Christian values. The house is a free zone of drama, argument and rudeness. Green light for respect & consideration to others.

■The room will be available from the first week of OCTOBER, on the 5th. Meaning, if you are contacting me, you are ready to move on that date with deposit paid on the day of viewing or 2 days after. If you are moving a week after, you will leave a money reservation non REFUNDABLE IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND.
I don't do reservation on people's promesse or engagement.

■1 month deposit and 1 month in advance needs to be paid before moving.

The rent is £800/month, all bills included. Preferable for long stay. Minimum stay 6 months & maxi 1 year or more. The length of stay can be discussed & reviewed. Stay for 3/4 months can be discussed.

■The room contains a double bed, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a folding study table, a large wardrobe, a mirror, plastic storage, indoor clothes airer, shopping food basket, a kettle, bedside drawer & small bedside lamp. (Please see video & pictures)

🚪🛏The room & facilities are for 1 tenant ONLY. No female, male friends, family member are allowed to sleep in the room. No pets.
All furnitures & appliances cannot be removed from the room.

Washing machine🧼, cooker🥘, toaster & blender located in the kitchen area are free to use at your convenience.

Free wifi📲 availabe to use.
One bathroom & toilet🚿& 1 extra toilet🚽.

👀Viewing in person has started. Reservation can be discussed over the phone☎️📞. First come, first reservation or deposit given, the room is yours.
