Looking for someone to take over my room from early September until May 2027. The terrace house is based in Camberwell, between the high st. Brunswick Park a short walk away and Burgees park is a 10 minute stroll.

The house is a 2 bed with kitchen, dining room, lounge, bathroom and separate toilet. The garden gets sun all day, on the terrace in the morning and further up by the house into the evening.

The room is £885 without bills. Bills come to approx £180. Council tax is £250 per month for the whole property. Deposit is £911.53

You'll be living with Rachel - Creative lead at a design agency in Shoreditch. Also a musician in spare time. Interests include gigs, pub, festivals, galleries, cinema, gardening etc.

Looking for another creative minded person to share with! Preferably looking for someone aged 28-38. Vegetarian or vegan a plus
