It is less than 10 min walk to Kennington station and less than 15 min to Elephant and Castle. Very easy to get to central and honestly most of the time I walk to Oxford Circus and it takes about an hour. Also, there is so much around the area food wise there is Morrisons, Sainsburys and plenty of restaurants on Sayer street including Lebanese, Ethiopian, Italian, and latin. There are also loads of gyms such as gymbox, Snap Fitness and The Gym.

Flatmates:

You will be living with two amazing girls who are both professional . They are into fitness and nutrition and love tc watch the occasional movie. They are super loving, respectful and always have a positive energy.

Everyone is super clean and we operate a cleaning rota and it works so well. I would say this isn't really a party home but we do have dinner guests, friends over etc.

They are looking for someone respectful, clean (emphasis on clean) and down to earth and also doesn't work from home

Bills:

Are roughly an additional £130 per month for G+E, water, WiFi + council tax. They may vary depending on usage and time of year but not dramatically.

Rooms comes without the TV and the plants and the small shelf next to the bed.
