Looking for a short-term flatmate to occupy an available room from June 1st to August 30th.

The flat is in a very central location in Fitzrovia, just a 5-minute walk to Regent’s Park and a 15-minute walk to Oxford Street, Kings Cross, Tottenham Court Road, and Marylebone. Warren Street and Great Portland Street are the nearest stations, both within a 5-minute walk, while Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road stations are reachable within 15 minutes. There are many nice cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby.

The flat boasts high ceilings with large windows and Juliet balconies, including two in your room! Enjoy the picturesque view of Fitzroy Square Garden, particularly stunning in the summer. The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside stool, and a small closet, and you're welcome to bring your own small desk.

A little bit about me, I love art and fashion with a professional background in law. I go to the gym or jogging in Regent’s Park regularly. I work from home quite often, so we'll likely see each other from time to time!
