I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a spacious, relaxed 5-bed shared flat. I’m moving closer to work and am ready to move out as soon as I have my new room sorted. Because of this, I can be very flexible with move-in dates to make sure the timing works for both of us.
Financials:
• Rent: £1,032
• Bills: ~£70 per month (includes WiFi)
• Deposit: £1,495 (Protected in an official scheme)
The Flatmates
You’ll be sharing with a friendly, professional, and international group (3 guys, 1 girl):
• A Mexican guy and an Italian girl (both Brand Ambassadors).
• An English guy and an Italian guy (both working in luxury hospitality).
• Plus one friendly resident cat (cared for by a flatmate—no responsibilities for you!).
Because of their roles in hospitality and brand work, flatmates are often coming and going at different times, but the house stays very quiet and everyone is incredibly respectful of each other's space.
The Flat & Room
• The Space: Huge lounge with a balcony and a TV.
• Your Room: Includes its own TV. You'll share a bathroom with 3 others (the master is en-suite).
• Kitchen: Very large with plenty of storage; sharing of cooking equipment and cutlery is fine.
• Vibe: Relaxed and spacious—perfect for someone who wants a balance of privacy and company.
Deposit Logistics
The deposit is £1,495. This is paid to me (to replace my deposit currently in the scheme), and the landlady will then officially update the Deposit Protection Scheme into your name to ensure it is legally registered to you.
