Looking for someone long term to take over a room in a 4-bedroom house share.
The house is very nice, well kept, and honestly I don’t think you could ask for a better landlord.
The location is ideal—just a short 4-minute walk to Stepney Green station, 10 minutes to Whitechapel station, and 15 minutes to Mile End, giving you access to the Hammersmith & City, District, Elizabeth, Overground, and Central lines.
The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, so it is very quiet while still feeling central due to the excellent transport links. The property also has a lovely garden, perfect for enjoying some outdoor space.
The room is on the first floor and gets plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day. The landlord is very flexible, and you can make changes to the room as you like, provided you confirm with the landlord first.
You will be sharing a bathroom with two other flatmates, and there is also a WC on the ground floor.
Bills come to approximately £120–125 per month. In addition, we have a cleaner who comes every two weeks.
You will be living with Jakub (PhD student), Simran (civil servant), and Tejaswini (working in comms). The house has a lovely atmosphere, so it is important that whoever takes the room is also a nice, easy-going person who values cleanliness.
