Modern double room with memory foam mattress + own bathroom (with a bath) close to Canary Wharf and to the City. It’s a large 2 bedroom apartment in a new build with 1 room already occupied.
10 mins walk to Mile End station and Limehouse station.

Wooden floors throughout the flat. The building is 6 years old and situated next to a skatepark (which You can’t hear).
The flat also has a washing machine, a dishwasher, big fridge, microwave, oven and kettle.

Rent is payable upfront and includes all bills (electricity, gas, water, internet) unless you need to be on any bills - just ask.
The living room has lots of natural light, a table and a desk so you can work from home.

The other room is occupied by my boyfriend who is very friendly and easy going. He will be there 25-50% of the time so you will have the flat to yourself sometimes. He works from home and will be the one you meet if you come and see the flat, as I live abroad.
