This is a double room in a lovely 4 bed house just south of London Fields. We are looking to replace our outgoing housemate Jake who is sadly leaving the house to move in with his girlfriend.
We have a large shared living room, big Kitchen and lovely outdoor garden with a BBQ.
The current Housemates are Tom, Jayden Zak, and Sophie (a couple). We are pretty social, and are looking for someone who is clean and respectful but also enjoys having a drink and hanging out occasionally.
Furniture is include with the exception of the bed, which Jake is open to offers for.
The current lease runs until September 2025.
