Looking for a room right opposite Queen Mary University and just 2 stops from the City?

I'm subletting my single room in a shared student flat right opposite Queen Mary University. We're a 8 minute walk from Stepney Green and Mile End tube stations, and right above a Sainsburys--very convenient!

The room shares a bathroom with just one other room, and has a large wardroom, desk, and drawers. The windows are very large and let lots of light into the room. Each room has its own fridge and there's a shared freezer in the kitchen.

My flatmates are very easy going and all fellow students at Queen Mary's. I'm looking to move out as my course is coming to an end, but this would be a perfect spot for anyone looking to live near the uni, or if you have an internship during the summer.

The duration of the contract is until 7th September 2024. If expressed early enough, you would also have the opportunity to secure the room for the next academic year.

The sublet will be handled through the management company that manages the flats. You don't need references if you don't have them as a guarantor will suffice.
