Furnished double room with ensuite and king bed in Haggerston townhouse available April.
Our lovable Kiwi couple is sadly leaving us, moving into their own place, so we are looking to fill their room. Move in from April 1st and would be a lease transfer. so we’re looking for another couple to take over their lease.
You will be Sharing with 4 easy and social flatmates- Sean 29 (Kiwi), Mitch 30 (Kiwi) and Todd (30) and Mac (33) (Aussies).
The house is social and chill - We like to have a drink, watch a movie or play cards, or just a chat in the kitchen. We occasionally have friends over for drinks on weekends. Love a good flat night but also do our own things too. Looking for people who can join this vibe!
House is a 4-bedroom 3-bathroom with 2 outdoor areas, a spacious kitchen and living room. Lots of space to chill in summer or be cosy in winter.
We have a dishwasher, washing machine, already stocked kitchen and appliances and a epic pint glass collection.
The room is spacious with a king-sized bed and a large en-suite. It’s the only room situated on the ground floor so lots of privacy and is fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
In the between Haggerston and Hoxton overground station, each around an 8-10 minute walk, with bus stops for 149, 242, 243 and 394 a quick walk away. Just off the canal and walking distance to London Fields, Broadway Market, De Beaviour and Columbia Road.
Rent is £1500 all bills included between the two of you and deposit is £1053.
